The product facts, in writing.
Formal terms of service are being finalized with counsel. Until they are published, the following product facts describe how the service operates; they are stated for transparency and do not replace the forthcoming terms.
- The service provides model API access and custom-evaluation services. Usage prices, model availability and limits appear in the console and on the pricing page.
- Paid credits and promotional credits are tracked separately; promotional credit is consumed first and new promotional credit does not expire. Every settled request produces a usage receipt.
- Per-account rate budgets and model limits are published in the API documentation and enforced consistently; there are no hidden tiers.
- Enterprise agreements (SLAs, DPAs, custom terms) are available through the contact page.
